Volunteer Oportunities in Wicomico County Maryland for the 2009 Holiday Season

Now that the holidays are approaching many of us may find ourselves thinking about how much we don't have but I want to remind you that there are always people who are less fortunate than ourselves who may not even have a hot meal on Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. It is important that we learn to give back because only in experiencing the difficulties that others go through will we truly learn of how fortunate we are. And this year it is especially important to remember how fortunate we are because there are so many more people who are suffering due to the economical situation today.

For those of you on the Eastern Shore of Maryland I have provided a list of Soup Kitchens and Shelters that will almost definitely need your help this coming holiday season.
