Lunch at W.A. Frost & Company costs between $8-$18. Most menu items come a la carte and you can add whatever side dishes you are interested in. The side dishes are $8 and they have several choices from a garlic potato puree to a vegetable melange. My favorite side dish is their goat cheese risotto. The risotto is creamy and the goat cheese adds a very good and unique flavor. The entrees range from sirloin steak to crab-ahi tuna cakes. The also have several sandwich selections, that are served with your choice of fruit or fries. My favorite lunch selection is their spiced apple and cheese panini, it is like a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. It is made on brioche bread with spiced apples, basil pesto, and pepper jack cheese.
The dinner menu at W.A. Frost & Company features many delicious selections, many that are from local farms. Dinner Selections range from $17-$38. The seafood dishes at W.A. Frost & Company are very popular they serve a delicious tandoori rubbed ahi tuna, and also different selections including sea bass, salmon, and snapper. The Grilled lamb chops are delicious, and they are served with a fried pine nut sauce, and pistachio mint oil. I have never ordered a meal here that wasn't delicious. Everything I have ordered at W.A. Frost & Company has went far beyond by expectations. W.A. Frost & Company has many selections for vegetarians, their vegan coconut mushroom risotto is delicious for vegetarians and meat eaters.
