Wake Up America!!

I am tired. I am tired of talking and no one listening. I am tired of lecturing my friends and my family. We all know that this country is going in the wrong direction and has been going in the wrong direction at the rate of gazillion miles an hour ever since Mr. Bush came into office. He did not even come in a proper way. We all know that. Yet no one seems to care. We, Americans, pride ourselves in our "we can do it" spirit. Yet, lately we do not want to do anything when it comes to politics even though it is affecting our lives gravely. We became so encumbered in our problems that we became so negative politically and socially. Yes, I hear you saying, "All politicians are the same, they all lie". I agree that they do but do not lie and make us suffer. Do not lie and make us go to war. Do not lie and kill innocent people, innocent young Americans. Do not lie and ruin our economy and our livelihood. Do not lie and tell us that we are doing the right thing.

Ladies and gentlemen, my fellow Americans, until when do we have to wait to do something? Until when do we let them keep insulting our intelligence? Until when do we let a bunch of lying, war fanatics, rich inconsiderate cowboys who can care less about our sake control our lives and rule us like king ruled in the middle ages? When are we going to wake up? Why are we so powerless when in a country that claims to be free we are treated like rubbish? Yes, rubbish. No one cares about what we want. We did not vote for him. We did not want to go to war. We want a proper healthcare. We want a healthier environment. We want a better economy. We want our jobs to stay in the U.S. We want to raise the minimum wage. We want immigrants to become citizens because that is the core of this country. Okay, maybe not all of us want all that but who would not want a better economy? Who would not want a better healthcare, a healthier environment and better gas prices?

Our politicians, our honorable politicians we voted for are not doing their jobs. Why are they afraid? What are they waiting for to impeach this man? Yes, impeach him. He lied, he is lying and he will keep lying. He lied about the nuclear weapons. He lied in all his promises. His staff lies. His administration is full of scandals. The Republican Party is full of scandals. He divided the whole country like no other time in history. He supports all the wrong people and he listens to all the wrong people. Yet, he never admits that he is at fault. He keeps "going the course". He admits that maybe this is not the will of the American people but he must stay the course. I ask, "For what purpose?" And who is gaining from this? We are certainly not. The whole world hates us, we are loosing young Americans in an unnecessary war, our economy is dire, we are divided and we keep getting all these false alarms that we are being attacked every day. We are living in a constant state of fear in order for us to be controlled. We need to wake up before it is too late. Two years are still a long time. Impeach this man.
