Not only is it the best exercise but also it is good therapy also, I think so much better and clearer, I get my day organized when I 'm walking, there are so many good reasons and just reasons to take a walk.
When we are young, we do not think about exercise the same way, before it was all about how my body looked now it is how my body feels.
A walk everyday will keep your heart pumping strong and the circulation in your body will flow so strong.
Talking with your doctor and asking questions is always recommended, study and take prevention, because no matter what, even with today's modern technology we never know when all of a sudden a heart attack comes along and some do die from it.
Family history is very important in any case, but if you know your family history you could have an early start on what your family has experienced, weather its heart disease or diabetes or asthma, you have a chance at a better quality of life when you know.
Always listen to warning signs in your body if you are not feeling right any little pains that you never had before those are warning signs giving you a chance to go to the doctor and take care of it.
Maybe all you need is to take a walk everyday and eat more steamed foods, we have such a variety of food choices it should be easier than it use to be.
I have out lived my mother already; she passed away when she was 45 yrs. old. I am 47, so my first thought is, she was so young to die, but there are so many people with heart disease, even children, I had a sister born on Jan. 8 1964 she was born with three holes in her heart, she lived only two months, I was four yrs. old.
There have been a lot of changes with medicine and technology since 1964 but there can always still be that unexpected heart attack, so also having an alert signal on you could help or even a cell phone for 911. All these things have a greater possibility of never happening if you take daily walks, even maybe walk to work, walk to the store or just walk because you want to.
