Walking in the Fog

Darla M. Beck
Walking in the fog late at night,

Alone in the dark eerie forest.

Listening to the strange sounds,

Knowing evil is lurking nearby.

Immortal demons are chasing me,

Nowhere safe for me to hide.

Growing more scared by the moment.

I see glowing eyes among the trees,

Nocturnal creatures are watching me.

Terror has invaded my peaceful world,

Hunted down by creatures of the night.

Evil vampires are craving my blood.

Forest is shrouded with dense fog,

Otherworldly beasts are hiding within.

Gone are my chances of survival.
