Walmart Black Friday Deals: Map Available Online of Walmart's Black Friday Sale Layouts

Locating Walmart's Black Friday Deals Made Easy with Printable Maps

Tamara McRill
Walmart's Black Friday deals are some of the most anticipated of the holiday season. Unfortunately, Walmart is also one of the hardest stores to navigate on Black Friday. The deals are sat out on pallets and the location of that pallet may having nothing to do with what the product is. It is not unusual to find televisions next to food and dvds in the Garden Center. Walmart has solved this Black Friday confusion by posting printable sale maps of each store on-line.

To find your Walmart store's printable Black Friday map, go to Walmart.com. The Black Friday advertisement for Walmart's in-store specials includes a link to plan your shopping experience. Click "Go" and Walmart will ask you to enter your zip code, to locate your nearest Walmart's Black Friday ad and store map.

Once you enter your zip code and click "Find," you should see a list of nearby Walmarts. Find the Walmart where you are planning to score your Black Friday deals. Click "View Your Local Ad." Here you will find the option to view your Walmart's Black Friday map or ad.

Walmart's Black Friday sales stack-out map shows photographs of the deals at the bottom. Hovering your mouse over these pictures will show you the product specifics, Black Friday sale price and how long that item will be on sale. There will also be a letter on the picture, which will coincide with a letter on the map. Find the letter on Walmart's Black Friday deals map and you will have the location of your product.

Here is an actual example of one of the Black Friday deals, on my local Walmart map: The first photograph on the bottom of the map is a Blue Ray Player, labeled with an A. Hovering my mouse over this sale item, I can see that it is a $78 Magnavox Blue Ray Player, on sale from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. If I look at my Walmart Black Friday map, I can see that item A is located on the corner of apparel, across from food and shoes.

That is a perfect example of how Walmart's Black Friday deals will be in unexpected locations. Logically, you would expect to find the Blue Ray player in electronics. Without Walmart's Black Friday map, I may have wasted crucial shopping time trying to locate the deal. Anyone who has shopped for Black Friday deals in the past knows that five wasted minutes can be the difference between scoring the deal or not. This makes Walmart's printable Black Friday map a crucial weapon in your shopping arsenal.

Walmart's Black Friday map would have been a huge help to me, on my first Black Friday. I spent the first 30 minutes lost, unable to figure out where the deals were located. I've been lucky enough in subsequent years, that my local Walmart was open before 5 a.m. I was able go early and search for my sale items. This year, I will have a printed Walmart Black Friday map in hand and be able to more efficiently use my shopping time.

Many Walmart stores will be open 24 hours on November 27, with Black Friday deals going on sale at 5 a.m.

Heard Walmart had some troubles this year on Black Friday-hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and make some changes.

I avoid Black Friday like the Black Plague, but I had no idea that Walmart made printable maps like this. I find Walmart confusing no matter what the season-- and I'm there almost daily. I'll bet this article helps a lot of people!

Thanks for the navigation tips. I always enjoy watching some of the other shoppers and their behavior during the early morning rat race.
