Walt Disney World Florida Residents Annual Passes

New Pay Per Month Options for Disney Annual Passes

Matthew Steed
One of the great things about living in Florida, other than the sunshine and fresh squeezed orange juice, of course, is having Walt Disney World right in your backyard. Whenever I get an itch to spin around in a teacup or sing "its a small world after all" in unison with hundreds of dolls from around the world, i just need to hop in the car and dive a couple of miles to Walt Disney World.

And living in Florida also entitles you to special discounts and passes for Walt Disney World not available to folks from other states or countries. Walt Disney World offers several different Florida Resident annual passes. And just recently Disney started a pay-per-month option for those annual passes. To be eligible for these passes, you must present one of the following when first using the pass: a Florida driver's license, a Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address), a college ID for a Florida college, or a Florida-based military ID. In addition, the pay-per-month option is only available for passes purchased online at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com. If you purchase the pass by mail or in person, you must pay the full amount; no pay-per-month option is offered for in-person or mail purchases.

Additionally, there is no finance charge or extra fees for using the pay-per-month payment option.

All of these annual passes have a down payment of $84.14 ($72.42 for children 3-9)
