Walt Disney World's Concierge Service

Club level or concierge is offered at Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney Beach Club, Disney Boardwalk Inn, Contemporary Resort, Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney Polynesian Resort, Wilderness Lodge and Yacht Club. Your Concierge room would be on a floor or in a wing of its own at the resort, and a separate key would be needed to access this floor or wing, giving the concierge floor a quieter and more isolated sense.

Each Concierge Level has a separate lounge that offers food and drinks throughout the day, but is not meant to take place of meals (hors d'oeurves, continental breakfast, and snacks). The Concierge will also help you plan your trip to Walt Disney World, prior to your visit. The concierge will help you with priority seating for meals, tickets for shows and will help with any questions or concerns that you have.

Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge's Concierge level is the Kilimanjaro Club, which is located on the 5th and 6th floor of the Main Building. The Kilimanjaro Club houses 55 deluxe rooms and 17 suites, which consist of 1 & 2 bedroom suites and it also includes the Vice Presidential and Presidential Suites. The Concierge level offers access to the Kilimanjaro Club lounge, bathrobes, turndown service and the ability to participate in two unique safari experiences, the Sunrise Safari and the Sunset Safari, both at an additional fee to guests.
Disney Beach Club Resort's concierge level is called the Stone Harbor Club and it is located on the 5th floor of the Main Building. Guests of the Stone Harbor Club receive comfy robes, turndown service, access to the exclusive Stone Harbor Club Lounge and the chance to participate in the Wildlife Discovery Excursion.
Disney Boardwalk Inn Resort's concierge is called the Inn Keeper's Club and it is located on the 4th floor of the Main Building. Guests of the Inn Keeper's Club receive comfy robes, that are available in your room, turndown service and access to the Wildlife Discover Excursion.
Disney Contemporary Resort has two separate concierge levels, one being the Tower Club, which is located on the 14th floor of the main building and the other being the Atrium Club, located on the 12th floor of the main building.
Disney Grand Floridian Resort and Spa also has two separate concierge levels, one being the Royal Palm Club, located on the 4th floor of the Main Building, and the Sugar Loaf Key Club, located in the Sugar Loaf Key Club.
Disney Polynesian Resort's concierge level is called King Kamehameha Club, which is located in the Hawaii and Tonga Building. The concierge levels feature a personal front desk and concierge service available 7am - 10pm, turndown service, free health club and a chance to book Wildlife Discovery Excursion.
Disney Wilderness Lodge Resort's concierge level is called the Old Faithful Club, which is located on the 7th floor in the Main Building. The concierge levels feature comfy robes that are available in the room, turndown service and access to the Wildlife Discover Excursion.
Disney Yacht Club Resort's concierge level is the Regatta Club and it is located on the 5th floor of the Main Building. The concierge levels feature a person front desk and concierge service that is available from 7am-10pm, turndown service, free health club and a chance to book Wildlife Discovery Excursion.

The Concierge Lounge Schedule is as follows:
7:00am - 10:30am: Pastries, fresh fruit, cereals and beverages
11:30am - 4:00pm: Chips, cookies, beverages
5:00pm - 7:00pm: Hot hors d'ouvres, crudites, assorted cheeses, children's items, beverages, wine and beer
8:00pm - 10:00pm: Desserts and cordials

Exclusive at the Royal Palm and Sugarloaf concierge lounges:
3:00pm - 4:30pm: Afternoon Tea with scones, cookies, tarts, trifle, fruit, breads and beverages
5:00pm - 7:00pm: will serve champagne along with the items listed above
