I am going to cover some of the ghost hunting apps that I have discovered on the android market and maybe you can find some of your own ghosts!
Ghost Sensor (Ad-Supported)
Ghost sensor is a free Android phone app that senses cold spots that ghosts appear to have when they are in a area. The description on Android Market says it will work depending on the accuracy of your Android phone senors. The app is free but is ad-supported.
Entity Sensor (EMF Detector)
Entity Sensor is a electromagnetic field detector that will measure electromagnetic energy. Ghosts reportedly give off these type fields during paranormal activities. Be careful though because any electrical device will also give out a electromagnetic field. The app will cost you $4.99 on the Android Market.
Ghost EVP Analyzer
What is ghost hunting without a EVP recorder (Electronic voice phenomena). Record those ghostly voices with this app you might get shocked by what you hear. The app will cost you $ 1.65 on the Android Market.
Haunted Sights Free
Now that you have some apps to aide you in your ghost hunting here is a app to help you find some haunted places to explore. Haunted Sights is just the app you need to help you find those haunted places. You can even add your own haunted places! Best of all it is free!
SpecTrek
SpeckTrek really isn't a ghost hunting app but is more of game. So if you are scared of going into haunted places this app will allow you to hunt ghosts without the horror! SpecTrek uses the GPS on your Android phone and place virtual ghosts around your GPS location. The object of the game is to navigate to those points and locate the ghost. SpekTrek comes in two versions SpecTrek which will cost you $2.93 and SpecTrek Lite which is free.
Well I hope you have fun with these apps and maybe you will have a few ghostly encounters. Have fun and good luck!
