Want to Save Money for Your Future? Start Your Own Online Business
And Save on Gas, Lunches and Other Work Related Expenses
Be a virtual teacher or tutor. There are ways to make this happen from home. You can set up your own website and offer your services through there, by having a virtual classroom such as Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro where you can subscribe to their services or get a CD for you use. It can be a great way to teach your students, because it provides a real classroom setting and you wouldn't have to leave your home. Students can enroll on your website and pay their tuition just like they would in person. This is suitable for teachers who teach a specific subject such as English, Math, or Writing and can teach on their own time without permission. If you are unable to do it this way, working for an online university or learning center would be a better option.
Be an online writer. There are many Internet sites that offer payment for writing articles. Some pay more than others and can include one time payment, payments per article, or payments for many articles at once. People with minimal skills in writing are able to make some money per month, while those with more advanced skills in writing are able to quit their day jobs and focus on their writing. There are also book writers that sign a contract and write a certain number of books within a set amount of time. Any of these can bring extra income at home and by promoting your work on your A Website or blog site, it can add to your writing experience and hopefully establish you as a serious writer.
Be an online photographer. If you love taking pictures and have advanced skills in this field, you can be an online photographer. Just like writers, there are Internet sites that will pay you for submitting your photos. You can create a virtual portfolio to allow people interested in your services, see how you take your photos. Having real pictures on hand to show clients can help as well. And with this field you can offer your services to both online and offline customers.
Create a pod cast or Internet show. If this seems too hard for you, think again. Many people can create shows with a camera, I pod, or mp3 player and Internet connection. There are many Internet sites that offer this service like ustream.tv and podcast.com. If you have something interesting to say, or like doing standup comedy, or can sing and dance, using these sites for that purpose can increase your audience. Adding your website to these and you can build a loyal viewing audience all from the comfort of your home.
Try networking, computer repair, web design. All of these are great home-based businesses in which can be performed from your home or out of your home and can bring a very good size income if you specialize in the field. If you know a lot on these subjects or are willing to learn, this could be the home business for you.
There are many more fields that could be done from your computer, even if you don't have advanced training for it. You can always take online courses in the fields that interest you and obtain your degree. Once you have the knowledge and skills, starting your business will be a breeze and you will look back and wonder how you could ever think of not going ahead with the option of working from home.

I love everything in print and showing my three children the joys as well. I believe that writing should be done whether you wish to gain from it or not as a way to express yourself. View profile
