War with China?

LM
Everyday we are brought to attention of the war in the Middle East. Most of us think about the issues surrounding the war because of our own personal investment. We may have loved ones fighting for our country or because we are financially invested. We worry about the cost of gas, increase in taxes, and more soldiers dying daily. We worry about the Muslim women and how they are treated and the reasons why we are even there in the first place. These are good reasons why we should pay attention to the war. But are we forgetting about the threats of other countries in the meantime?

China is our ally, at least at the moment. Their economy is growing tremendously, with increasing production of factories and hard working ethics. China has made deals with Africa to produce oil instead of doing business with the Middle East. It's a well known fact, that China is growing so fast and strong, that needing oil and energy to sustain their living and financial expectations is a high priority.

We can make money faster in property if it is utilized properly. Buying homes and either remodeling or renting will increase your net worth later on. Buying prime property to sell to a later investor can be a smart investment. China is doing the same thing. They are taking the energy in the world and investing it into the factories to produce items to sell to countries such as the United States. Many of the toys sold in the United States are made in China. Many of us can recall the issues surrounding the lead found in products in China. China attempts to produce items cheap and invest the money into their economy rather than their products.

China is in competition with all other countries to become the most financially powerful country. They are also increasing with the science industry. China has more relaxed views about scientific theories than the United States. They are not afraid to challenge and test ideas that individuals in the United States would consider immoral.

Where are we going wrong in the United States? The U.S is in an economic decline. With the cost of living increasing we are progressing to a cultural depression. As Americans, we concentrate on the wrong things. We combine politics with religion only to decrease our potential. We worry about having a big and fancy home, driving new cars, buying name brand clothing, and giving our children the popular game systems and toys. We destroy our bodies by eating fast food and putting the little money we have into a self- centered corporation. We have high incidences of tobacco, alcohol, and drug abuse because we feel we need a crutch. We stress about the wrong things and in evidently produce weak Americans and a corrupted society.

When the government gave us our stimulus checks it was to increase Americans to buy more items at the stores and promote sales. What is that teaching our young adults? "Okay, come on, buy more... you really do need that!" Who was the sales helping? Not the Americans who spent the money on materialistic items instead of an investment or removing something from collections. Let's face it, so many people are scraping by day after day and millions of people owe more than they make each year. Americans need to look around and make some changes. Follow other countries, pay attention to how others live, and the investment choices they make. We can learn more from others than we could ever teach.

Your article was interesting. What do you think about the investment groups that are coming to the US from China to buy up property while it is so cheap?

Good article. China also has a very relaxed view about copyrights. My sister-in-law who works there as a teacher is always bringing us cool "fake" stuff:)

Sometimes I wonder where are all the Americans gone? Everybody is a Foreign American - from Albanian American to Zairean American and everything in between. May be I have to move South. Please keep on writing. Such honest writing is more needed for our motherland than writing to please.
