Make your holiday special with homemade Cranberry Cider.
Makes 4 cups (8oz each)
1 bottle cranberry juice cocktail (32oz)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
In a large pot combine all the ingredients and bring it to a boiling point, stir occasionally.
Uncover and reduce the heat; Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out spices and serve it warm along with great old fashion Pumpkin pie!
