Seriously. It was the most eye-catching coffee cup I've ever seen. I'll have to intensely search the Internet until I find a match on some obscure paper products website that I probably never heard of before. Initially, I thought it was a travel mug, but eventually I realized it was the most exquisite-looking disposable coffee cup I've ever seen. Sorry environmentalists. I'd drink ten cups of espresso-spiked java a day if I could find these cups, and I usually consider myself a tea person.
So now for the description. It looked like it would hold about 8 ounces, the size of a tall Starbucks. Black and gold slightly wavy-vertical striped with a black lid. The Earthy-colored green and white Starbucks design looks pitiful in comparison. Yeah, I'm really dying to know where Warren Buffet buys his disposable coffee cups. I'm sure Becky Quick didn't bring it along with her since on the plane since they traveling all the way to Asia.
I'll scan the paper products aisles for the next few weeks, but I'm thinking I'll come up empty. I've seen some neat designs before: 16-ounce cocoa-colored disposable coffee cups showcasing words like java, latte, and espresso. But I've never seen anything gold and black like this. It was almost befitting for a palace, but then I guess Warren Buffet is the closest thing America has to Royalty, with the exception of the Kennedy's, I suppose. The coffee cup almost seemed like those gray-colored plasticware meant to resemble actual silverware (sold at Sam's Club and Costco).
Now, that's not to say the interview didn't offer any insightful wisdom that non-billionaires wouldn't benefit from. It's probably there, and I'll have to watch the interview again to gain anything useful from it. Hopefully, the next time I watch, though, I won't be distracted by the lovely black and gold specimen. Now has anyone resolved the decades-old question- are Warren Buffet and Jimmy Buffet related? If you know the answer, get back to me. In the meantime, I'm going to try to find out exactly what brand of coffee was inside that cup?

LOL...good one!
Funny you mention the Jimmy/Warren question...when I first say your article, I'd thought you interviewed Jimmy Buffet. It took a minute for "Warren" to register. :)
