.) Probiotics - You can get these in pill form or by eating foods that contain live cultures such as yogurt. I took probiotic supplements daily and my warts went away in just a few weeks. This combined with creative visualization was the most effective solution that I found for my wart problem.
.) Garlic - Garlic is a good natural antibacterial agent and, as the wart virus is bacterial in nature, it makes sense that consuming garlic will help to eliminate them. You can also pulverize fresh garlic into a paste and apply it as an ointment directly onto the wart. You can also get garlic in supplement form that is taken orally.
.) Potato peels- I discovered quite by accident that my warts began to shrink a little every time I would peel potatoes. I found out that this is because potatoes contain a chemical that affects the wart virus.
.) Tea Tree Oil- Tea Tree Oil is a natural antiseptic that works well in destroying harmful bacteria. I once tried making an ointment using this mixed with garlic paste and applied it to my warts. It seemed rather effective but I could not stand the smell so I did not continue to use it long enough for it to cure my warts.
.) Duct Tape- Believe it or not many people swear that duct tape is an effective treatment for warts. You simply apply the duct tape to the warts and leave it on all day. You change it daily until the wart is gone. I personally tried this remedy as well but as both of my hands were covered in warts, I did not find it to be a very pleasant solution.
.) Creative Visualization- I mentioned this earlier. Combined with probiotics this was the most effective cure for me, personally. You simply practice daily visualizing yourself in your mind as being wart free. You picture them going away and your skin returning to its normal healthy state.
