In one, she talks to a young girl and takes some gifts from her. In another she is shaking hands with soldiers. Did she lye about it? In this day and age you would think not. She knows that video was shot there. Guns were not. To lye to all the nation, no, all the world about what took place about a situation that was video taped seems, well stupid. It would show at least immature planning and thinking. Clinton keeps pushing that she has more experience. Would an experienced president lye about something on video for all to see? Hmm. Her staff claims that she misspoke. Misspoke three or more times? Is misspoke somewhere between a lye and a white lye?
She even gave very detailed description of having to run to their cars. Maybe she misremembered. You know how a child will tell you that they fell really hard and scraped their knee and they tore their pants and the dog licked them in the face and it all took place right here..... When really they did fall but because they were wearing pants they did not scrape their knee and the dog was in the house at the time. Children sometimes misremember after a few months. It may be that she misremembered because it was 12 years ago.

When I was little I had to wash my mouth out with dish soap if I lied. One time we were playing basketball in the house when my parents were gone. We broke one of the glass chandelier covers in the living room. After cleaning up the glass we found a spare cover and replaced it. When my mom returned home she took one step inside and halted. It was years before we learned how it was that she knew we were playing ball in the house. As children we thought that she had some kind of super power. Now we know that she saw the ball behind the couch and the replacement cover was slight darkener than the rest casting a yellow shadow across the wall.
A friend of mine has a picture of her son holding one had hand behind his back and the other in front with a bunch of paint brushes in it. Being two at the time, he put the wrong hand behind his back when he was asked if he had his daddies paint brushes. His answer was a firm, "No." All the while his mother could see the brushes right there in his hand.
Most of us sadly have at least tried to lye one time or another. I believe that the success of that first lye has some part to play in weather we try again. No matter how old we are lying or even misspeaking or misremembering will bring unwanted consequences. I would suggest for all of us to slow down and think before we speak.
