Watch Out Bachelors

Browsing through my e-mails a week or so ago I found a message from a girl named Nataliya. Although she was strange to my e-mail list I read her message because there were no files attached. It was a short note saying she wanted to talk to me about a trip she was about to do. I got curious and decided to let it go on and see where it would get.

The second e-mail from Nataliya was already much larger and joyful, she wanted to show me who she was and what she was like: (Picture 2)

" Hey,hey,hey! thank you for the reply,only too short one!I think that the reason that your letter was so short is that you were astonished to see my letter, right!??!! it is funny that now in modern world we can write to each other and see the reply so soon,not like in the past I remember that I was very young and had friend in different town I waited for a few days to get the handwritten letter from her,we live in very modern world,right!!!to be fair I'm not sure what write for the first time, I think that at first you should see my photos and I'm sending my photos...I have some photos, I like to take photos and I wanted to work as model " this is a copy past of her exact words in the way she wrote them, I did not correct anything.

The successions of e-mails went on as more and more pictures arrived. Soon Nataliya was telling me she was about to travel to where I was and started describing the difficulties she was going through to get visas and other document the Russian government requested from her. (notice that visas are requested by the country you are going to) She told me she already had the money necessary.

Later "she" showed me her difficulties:

"You know, life in Russia is rather difficult, especially in small towns. I don't want to live in Russia because I have not any chances here,it is hardly possible to explain but I want you to know my plans.I saw many stories in news on tv about girls who started a new life and decided to work abroad... So I decided to do the same and to try to find my luck abroad. I started to register my documents about 2 months ago, so I will travel soon and I will be allowed to work! You see I already started to register documents and now I need to decide in which city I want to work.I`m 25 years old and I`m a hardworking lady! (I will work as a manicure master in a beauty salon)." Now our top model is a hard working woman. (picture 4)

"Carlos you see that maybe I'm too naive but I still believe in miracles to come!I decided to find a friend and make his city to be my destination. I think it is great chance to change my life. I am full of plans and dreams! I have mixed color of eyes (it depends on lightening). I think I'm somewhat pretty, but first of all I want to be beautiful inside."

She called me by my first name and told me of her true nature. She made me remember mother Teresa at this point. From this time on I started to copy a friend in US, Mr. Brian N, so we could check it all up and maybe laugh together. Or not, what if she has a real girl in trouble! :) His first notice to me was: "Soon she will be robbed and she will need you to send her money to continue her trip to meet you".

In the next e-mail I am already getting free kisses:

"Pls send me a note, I hope to hear from you soon!!!! Kisses, Nataliya" and more " I will leave my town in a few days or so (I can't tell you everything exactly right now) and I would like to be sure I have a man who is waiting for me over there. Carlos you should know I will work hard and I would like to find a man to spend my free time together to get to know each other better and have some fun together I can't be without man too long." Wow --

Well, previously she had told me she had the money to come, money her gentle mother had earned and saved working for some 25 years. Nataliya was sure going to pay her mother back as soon as she'd start working. I was already preparing the guest room, right? Wouldn't you?

"Carlos my dear, Nataliya here. I have got info from agency and resend to you.I am so happy to meet you just in a few days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Notice that up until now she never asked where I was excitably -- I figured she thought I was in US or Canada. Finally it came, poor thing, her mother's money was not available for some unfair reason:

"Honey the thing is that I booked the nearest possible flight but I have a little problem and I really hope you will be able to help me." "I have only about 200 dollars that I expected to take with me for the first time and plus 200$ mom sent so if you will help me with 890 USD I will have enough to buy tickets and have some extra money for travel needs. I know its a big sum of money , but please try to help me and I promise I will return you money back after my first salary"

My answer to her was:

"God is good! I am so glad to let you know I will be in Moscow in 3/4 days. I will arrive very soon, we can meet, talk and go to the travel agency together. This was so interesting: they needed someone to fly and represent our company in a very important deal in Moscow. I surely offered myself. So as you see we will meet very very soon. :)

I am so sorry to say Nataliya never wrote back to me again. :)
