Water Beside the Bed

Jacob Horn
There is nothing like waking up at 3AM because you are thirsty and right when you are about to brave the cold and the obstacles of a dark house you realize that you brought a glass of water to bed with you. Instead of getting out of the covers you can simply reach your hand out from under the covers and get your drink. At the same time it is a sinking feeling when days later you realize that you left the glass of water you brought to bed with you almost completely full. I mean whales are drowning. B-Rock Obama is giving up his precious time to fly all the way to Denmark to save our planet from the perils of global warming and here I am wasting water. Dolphins are losing their homes because of wasted water. The shoreline is getting bigger each year by .5 centimeters because of my antics. I had to figure out a way to save the planet and help others like me who suffer from the anxiety of leaving water beside the bed at night. Here is the solution:

I was ironing the other night and the iron ran out of water. Because of where are iron is it takes an act of Congress to be able to leave the room and get more water. You literally have to inconvenience yourself in every way. Anyways, back to the other night, when I realized the iron was out of water and I began to sink to my lowest point I saw a glass of water I left by the bed a few nights ago. After putting the water in the iron everything was perfect in my world. So, the moral of the story, find the situation where you need just the amount of water left in your cup by your bedside and you will save the world.
