Water Walk Total Fitness Handbook by David Allan Lane (Review)

Walk Your Way into Shape with the Water Walk Total Fitness Handbook

Philippa Lane
Does your body need a little firming or toning? Did you know that you do not need to run or lift weights to get in shape? There is another way and that is to water walk!

Water Walk is a wonderful handbook that will help you get in shape by using isometric exercises that can be done in water. When I say water, I mean a swimming pool or a body of water that you can walk in that is not too deep.

The Water Walk Total Fitness Handbook is written by David Allan Lane, an American, who once and for a time, lived in Berlin, Germany. He now resides in California, where he gives instruction in Water Walk and other forms of water therapy. Lane holds a degree in Naturopathy, both from Germany and Quebec, and specializes in physiotherapy and sports massage.

This informative book, with full color pictures throughout, will show you how to use isometric exercises in water to tighten and tone your body. By using the techniques that are described in this book, your body will be firmer and take on a fit look in a very short time.

I have used the techniques that are written and illustrated in this book and I have found that it has worked for me. I did the exercises in an endless pool, which is different from a traditional pool. The water was not that deep. As I began to walk through the pool, I found that the water caused a resistance, almost like weights, so that the force of the water along with the exercises that I did from Water Walk, My legs became much firmer. I felt so wonderful after I did the exercises. I felt both energized and relaxed at the same time.

I not only was able to exercise my legs and feet, but I also was able to exercise my arms and hands in the water as well, so I got a full body workout. I think that walking in water is the perfect alternative to other forms of exercises. If you continue with the workout plan that is shown and illustrated in this book, I believe that you will see results within one month.

If you want a trimmer, firmer body, then I highly recommend the Water Walk Total Fitness Handbook. It can help you achieve your goals and you can have fun in the water all at the same time!
