This brings to mind the question; what then is, water? Water seems like such a simple thing. Water is a fluid substance that makes up more than three fifths of the earth's surface. It is an absolutely necessary element for the sustenance of all life on earth including animal, human and plant. It is also important to note that without water; there would be no dew and no rain. Everything would die. Besides being necessary for animals and plants to drink, it provides protection and so much more.
Let's start off by discussing dew. By definition, dew is liquid collected from the air by the condensation of cold conditions. In daytime when the sun is at its most powerful, the sun's heat causes moisture to rise up from the ground. This turns water into moisture or a vapor.
Once the sun sets in the evening though, the action of the cold influences this moisture. The moisture falls back to ground in the state of dew. Dew is most prevalent during the spring and fall months as opposed to the extreme conditions of winter and summer. The changes in condition and temperature are too drastic during summer and winter.
The land of Egypt is well known for having dew in the summer. The air there is too warm to ever cool off and condense the moisture. The most that happens to the moisture is that it's forms clouds and then rain.
The horizon is best defined as a line that is viewable everywhere on earth that seems to show the place where the earth and sky meet.
In fact the word "horizon," is derived from a Greek verb that means "to signify or mark boundaries." Temperature is a measure of heat or coldness in the air. These degrees are measured in Fahrenheit and Celsius. Condensation is when a force such as coldness causes the particles of a substance to come together much closer and tighter.
Condensation has many uses, especially when farming and growing flowers and food. Condensation is vital because it cools vegetables and other intentional growths protecting them from being destroyed by the hot heat of the sun. All countries that are naturally hot all year round have a generous share of moisture as dew. This makes the climate more affable and comfortable. In countries such as this; the dew may fall so hard making the earth is so deeply soaked that it seems like a heavy rain fell that night.
The Bible in fact speaks many times of "the dew of Heaven," that was promised to the people of Israel as a showing of God's pleasure with, and love for them.
Dew is considered a luxurious thing that encourages flourishing growth. However, where does this vapor come from? By definition, vapor is a form of water that is combined with some form of heat. This drives apart the particles that make up the water in its original form and creates an airborne material or form of water. A particle is a small form of matter. Vapor is considered immeasurable. It doesn't have any sort of weight measurement. It is very thin, but can be felt on the skin. It is never considered dense or thick.
How many other states or forms does water come in?
Water comes in four basic forms. These are solid form, air form or gaseous form, fluid and blended with other matter. Solid forms of water include ice, snow and hail; gaseous forms include steam and vapor; liquid forms include dew and rain.
As ice; water is missing a part of its natural energy. This is taken away by the cold. Therefore crystallization will occur and the water then becomes a solid. Crystallization by definition is the process by which a solution or fusion separates parts of a solid form of matter . They then come together again in a solid form. If this process takes a long time, the outcome takes on the form of jagged and smooth surfaces.
A solution is an example of water in a state of union with another form of matter. A solution is the distribution of a solid throughout a liquid. Fusion is considered the melting of a solid or the creation of a fluid from a solid by heat.
What things cause water to be absent of some of its caloric energy? Coldness in the air will do this. as will heat in the air. Underneath the North Pole water becomes similar to the hardest stones and cannot be cut with anything less than a chisel.
The North and South poles are areas at the ends of earth's axis. The axis is an imaginary line that indicates the center of the earth.
Are there other ways that water can take on the form of a solid other then ice?
Water is found in a solid form while present in many minerals like marble. It becomes a solid in what is said to be a form of crystallization. Minerals like marble are dependant on water for their sturdiness and transparency (clarity and power to transmit light).
In what ways does nature itself change the form of water? All plants and vegetables in fact have the power to change the form of water. Fish and amphibians also can decompose water in a different way than plants. Amphibious animals are able to live inside and outside water. By decomposing, this means that plants, amphibians and fish are able to separate the original body of water into several parts.
How do vegetables decompose water?
Vegetables decompose water to nourish their body processes with it. Water naturally combines with their fluid gases and the gases present in air and earth to form the new products they need for nourishment. Un-needed gas is given out or disposed of by the leaves refreshing used up air. This cleanses the air making it healthy for animals and humans to breathe. This process is a vital one and is absolutely imperative to the continuance of life on earth.
