Mohican Wildlife Weekend

Local artists will have their work on display and for sale along with members of the Master Works for Nature wildlife artists. These artisans will be part of a larger Wildlife Weekend which includes activities for the whole family. There is even a barn dance, a campfire where marshmallows can be roasted and many opportunities to enjoy nature at its finest.

Each day from 10am through 5pm on Sat and 4pm on Sunday fiber artists will have raw materials, finished crafts and clothing for sale. Demonstrations on carding, spinning, weaving and more are ongoing in the craft display areas. Check the schedule for animal showings and other activities.

Over 150 artists and craftsmen offer a day full of browsing and shopping on the historic Village Green. Local shops will be open as well as restaurants and on Saturday the local Farmer's Market. Festival food booths will also be available.
These festivals and shows are only the beginning of many local art & craft festivals and shows which continue into the summer and fall. This list also only covers the small area surrounding Wayne County. Ohio is a great state for arts & crafts.

I'm not familiar with any of those areas, but it sure sounds like a fun way to spend a day.
