Ways College Students Can Make Extra Money Online and Around Campus

We all know how it is when you are in college - you need money for books, you get sick of cafeteria food so you need money for take out, and don't forget about going out with friends, you have to have money for that! So here are some creative yet simple ways that you can make some extra money online and around campus.

1. Selling Photography. You don't have to be an expert, but if you have a digital camera you could make some money taking simple pictures. You could take pictures at on campus events, sports events, even college ceremonies.

2. Sell Stock Photos Online. You could take pictures of random things around your campus such as landscape, nature, students walking to class, etc. and sell them on websites such as iStockPhoto

3. On-Campus Graphic Designer. You could put your graphic design skills to work by creating event fliers, invitations, graphics for the school newspaper, school apparel design, etc.

4. Promote Fraternity / Sorority Events. You could promote fraternity / sorority events with your own methods and get paid. You could design flyers for them, you can pass out the flyers, you can advertise on the school radio or newspaper, etc.

5. Online / Offline Tutoring Sessions. You can easily tutor fellow students and get paid whether it is one on one at the school library or it is online through instant messaging or the use of web cameras.

6. Start Your Own Homework Hotline. If you have a computer with a microphone you can provide homework assistance through the computer. There are website that make this capable for free such as Skype, BitWine, Ether, etc.

7. Start a Research Service. You could start your own research service and students could pay you to do research for their reports, dissertations, presentations, etc.

8. Writing Online. If you like to write you could make some easy money online writing articles, blog posts, ebooks, how to guides, etc and sell them online as well as to your friends around campus.

9. Design Apparel Online. If you have that creative flair you could design graphics for t-shirts and other apparel and sell them online. This is possible through websites such as Cafe Press, Spreadshirt, Zazzle, and there are many more out there.

10. Write Essays. There are a lot of students that purchase their essays rather than write them themselves and you could get paid to do so. You could get paid to write essays on the following websites - MyEssays, Grade Saver, Academia-Research, etc.

11. Freelance. You could always do freelance work and get paid. There are tons of freelance websites that give you tons of options such as iFreelance, Guru, eLance, etc.

12. Start Drop Shipping. Check out some of your favorite products that are being sold here in the United States and overseas and hook up with someone that does drop shipping. You can then set up your own website or blog where people can come and purchase those items from you and then you in turn order the product from your supplier and they sent the product to your customer. Amazon has a drop shipping program that you can check out.

13. Give Computer Lessons. There are a lot of people that go to college and don't even know how to use their computer. You could offer computer lessons and charge your own prices.

14. Flip Blogs or Websites. If you are Internet savvy and you knowledgeable in regards to website and how to get them started you could build up blogs for free and sell them. People have started selling blogs and websites on Ebay so that might be a good place to get started.

15. Auction Off Your Textbooks. Most people are familiar with selling their textbooks back to their school, bookstore but the thing is they never give you a full refund. So why not auction your textbooks off on eBay where you can earn back what your book is worth or even more.

16. Review Products. You could easily get paid to review products on blogs or even websites. Just think about all the stuff that you bought for your college dorm, you could review each and every item and get paid.
