Ways to feel happier during the holidays- mind power
You know that Bank of America commercial where people walk by their sign and begin to visualize their dreams? That commercial is successful for a reason- it happens to be true. Ways to feel happier during the holidays- turkey, please.

Ways to feel happier during the holidays- bar none
This time of year can not only be stressful but hectic with time management. Some meals are often skipped to save that precious five minutes here and there. Skipping meals lowers blood sugar levels, causing moods to shift downward. Carry breakfast bars in your purse, in your briefcase, backpack and vehicle. Stash some in your office at work. Notice someone feeling blue, offer them a breakfast bar.
Enjoy the holidays.
