Ways to Feel like a Sexy Hot Mom After Having a Baby and Way to Lose that Baby Fat
Get Rid of that Baby Got Back Butt and Those Bulges that Ooze Out of Your Bra
The one thing you have to put in the back of your head is, you just had a baby your a mom now. Your body went through so many changes in the last 9 months. This doesn't mean you lost that sex appeal or that hot mama look. You just really have to have patience and be determined to get that look back. There is so many ways to lose that fat, but what works for others may not work for you. One way to lose that baby fat is to lift weights. So many women are afraid of doing this they feel like the weights will make they fatter, but in all reality lifting weights helps you lose that fat by tightening it up. This doesn't mean you have to lift 50 pounds or be like she-man, just enough to feel the burning sensation after doing a set of curls or crunches with them. By lifting weights you get better results, especially if you want to lift up those problem area a little higher like, perking up your boobs, tightening up that jelly belly roll, or getting rid of that baby got back butt turning it into a solid buns of steel.
Drinking plenty of water is a main resource of losing weight, but I have noticed when I was trying to lose the baby fat that drinking hot water actually speeded up my metabolism much faster. Do yourself a huge favor though set yourself realistic goals. Don't try all those crazy diets and think for one minute they work. The only thing those crash diets will do is make you unhealthy, which will affect you taking care of that new precious life you had. Never compare yourself to another mom or friend that just had a baby. Remember we are all different every bodies body looks and moves a different way nobody is the same. Just because your friend lost all the weight in 2 weeks doesn't mean you will that's why God created us to be different.
After having a baby you will be very tired, which may lead you to no desire of sex. This may not happen to all, but does happen to many. especially having those leaky boobs, dryness of your private area, and feeling like you look unsexy. If you want to be that sexy little kitten be realistic about having those extra pounds on you, leaky boobs, and dress yourself up in a sexy nightgown. Always make good of what you have for the moment don't let it get you down. The more patience you have the easier you can get your shape back. Make yourself a goal of losing the weight in 9 months, heck it took you nine months to gain the weight so why not make this a goal to lose? By getting yourself plenty of exercise will help so much besides doing the weights. You will be losing weight just by doing all your house chores, changing diapers, running errands not even realizing it. What I loved to do was exercise with my kids by doing sit ups and lifts with my kids lying on my tummy, and doing push ups over your baby. Just make sure though you are very careful and don't stumble over the child. This way by doing exercise with your kids you will lose weight and your child will be interacting and bonding with you. Always remember make losing weight fun don't make it seem like a chore.
One last thing I feel is a huge problem with many women is trying to get rid of back fat. I mean where you place your bra on and wow the bulges are like all over the place why is this? Are you actually wearing the right sized bra after having a baby? You will be so amazed by the results if you wear the right size. So many women are wearing the wrong size not realizing it makes you look so much heavier. Some do this to get more cleavage, but what would you rather have more cleavage and have bulges everywhere or less cleavage and less bulges? Once you have the right sized bra watch how those bulges just vanish away like magic. Make sure you find yourself a really good bra that will help eliminate bulges, and rolls, but also keeps that nasty fat from oozing out around your bra. A great bra I have used was a bra called Sassybax, which was very comfortable, trendy, great price, good quality, and makes your body look and feel so much thinner. This will definitely make you feel like a hotter mom with a lot of pizazz and fashion. Must take all these things into consideration just have fun while losing the weight don't be so stressed out over it. Stress will sometimes put back that weight on relax. Always remember your doing this for you and nobody else. Don't think you can't have that great body you can within time.
