Think Positively
Optimism can sometimes be better then being pestimistic. If you always think about negative things then you may have more negative things happen to you. Instead try to think positively about a situation or emotions. This may be hard to do sometimes but if you try to even see the more optimistic side of even a bad situation better things may happen
Smile!
They say a smile can lighten up anyone's day. Phycologically a smile can do wonders to a persons self esteem. Even if you are walking passed a stranger and smile it might make their day better. By smiling you are letting out positive energy and in return you may get positive energy back. Plus smiling can be a stress reliever too.
Do something nice for someone
There are many ways to do something nice for someone. These days alot of people forget about politeness and kindness. If you show that you are a polite and kind person then you may be a rolemodel and have someone do the same for you. A great way to do something nice for someone is by simply saying thank you or please. Alot of people apreciate when you ackowledge or show respect to them. Other things can include opening the door for someone, letting someone go infront of you in line, or anything else you can think of. Common courtesy these days can go along way, and in return you may get it back with good Karma.
Show Affection
Another way to get some good karma is to show affection to your friends and love ones. By hugging, saying I love you, or any other forms of affection can definately get you some good karma points. It also makes you feel good inside to know that you care about people and people care about you.
Control Anger
It can be a hard thing to do but if you want good karma points controlling anger can be a good thing to do. When getting upset try to understand other people's side. Instead of yelling try to talk to someone in a calm way. If you feel like you are going to lose it try to walk away from a situation instead of getting into it. This can help stop fights, and people may learn from you too.
Respect Others
Showing respect to others can help definately give you good Karma points. Respect is a great way to show kindness to others.
If you follow this advice you may get some good Karma in return and if definately is a great way to show that you are a kind and good person.
