Post a CommentGreat ideas, Crystal. I eat tomatoes the same way some people eat apples. I love slice tomato sandwiches (sandwiches with nothing but tomatoes and Miracle Whip and maybe lettuce if I have any). I don't care much for tomato juice, though.

Don't forget ketchup making! I once boiled down a full bushel of tomatoes (35 pounds) to make a paltry 8 ounces of ketchup. It definitely used up the surplus tomatoes for sure :)
