Ways to Have the Perfect Date Without Breaking the Budget!

Dating with a limited supply of money can be an annoy inconvenience. Luckily, it doesn't have to be a problem. There are many creative activities you can do that are either free or cost next to nothing. If you need a cheap and original date, here is a list of ideas:

Activities that are Free

Playing board and card games is one of the easiest and cheapest dates you can have. They require very little planning and almost everyone can enjoy them. If you want to feel richer than you really are, try playing Monopoly or any other games that involve fake money. Games are a nice addition to a picnic and a great way to get to know a person better in a casual setting.

There are also various seasonal activites you can try.

In the winter: Snowball fights, sledding, or making snow sculptures.

In the summer: cool down by ice blocking or having a water fight. Tennis, soccer, or other sports are also good for summer and are good ways to stay fit.

In the spring and fall: Picnics, bike rides, and hiking are lots of great fun. When it is too cold for outdoor activities, try food sculpting, creating, and pumpkin carving.

Taking silly pictures or making a movie can also be hilarious. Bring a camera along to the store. You can play "Runway Model" by trying on clothing or clothing combinations that you would not normally wear.

Sometimes, all that you want to do is goof off. For these occasions, try collecting courtesy candies and food from local businesses. Make sure that you don't annoy the people at work.

Some will turn away when they hear "service project," but you can have lots of fun helping others. One of my favorite service projects is helping sort food at the food bank. If you come up with a creative way to sort, this can be really pleasant. You can also visit a nursing home, rake leaves for someone secretly, or shovel the driveway of someone who would have difficulty lifting the snow. You can have snow fights with shoveling to add a little fun to something that would normally be a chore. Service will be fun for you and the help you give others will make their day a lot better. Volunteering is an activity that everyone can enjoy!

Activites that are almost free

You can go to a thrift store and try to shop for an outfit less than 10 dollars. This trip can get pricey if you have a large group, so this may work better for a small group.

Rent a movie, or do a movie marathon with all the sequels in the series.

Visit a museum. It sounds a little different, but it can be lots of fun and it adds a little variety to your dates.

Go roller skating, bowling, or laser tagging. You can separate into teams of boys and girls or couples in teams.

Remember, any date can altered to fit any group size, small or large. Having a group can make your dates more fun because you get to know more people. If any of these ideas don't appeal to you, personalize them or make up your own. Being creative will make your dating experiences more interesting, fun, and memorable. Have fun!
