Trust Your Man
Your man will not cheat on you when he is happy with you. Any man that decides to cheat on you will come up with every reason in the book to try to justify his actions. You need to trust your man otherwise you might just drive him into the arms of another woman that isn't as obsessive. Don't be a possessive freak by checking all of the call logs in his cell phone and text messages unless he gives you a reason to not trust him. People in a romance relationship have a right to a certain amount of privacy so don't cross boundaries.
Find A Therapist
Jealous problem can be worked out with a few therapy sessions. It is a good way to explain why you feel jealous at times. You can tell your therapist what you suspect that triggers jealous emotions. You can even tell them that you feel jealous when your man treats other woman better than you. Therapists understand how you might feel less important in your partners life when other people get treated better than you do. Anything that you say to a therapist will remain confidential.
Jealous Emotions Harms Your Relationship
Jealous emotions only brings up more drama in a relationship that is not good. Your man will not want to tolerate jealous emotions for very long at all. Any jealous emotions just send a signal to him that you do not trust him to be faithful to you whatsoever. He shouldn't have to bend over backwards to assure you that he won't cheat on you. Your partner will leave you if you keep harping on him or her about cheating on you.
Don't Snoop At Pictures
You don't want to get jealous all over again by looking at old photo albums of his previous life. You don't want to feel jealous of women that are no longer even in his life whatsoever. Keep in mind that jealous emotions can get out of control to the point that it drives you nuts. Do not get jealous over a woman that is long gone out of his life that he has no contact with whatsoever. If you let a past ex get you jealous then it is like you let the women affect you when she isn't even there.

Post a CommentI agree that it is important to have trust in a relationship. But if a man cheats, can it really be blamed on the woman who "drove her man into another woman's arms?" This is a popular excuse that many cheaters use to justify their actions.
