We All Just Have to Go Green

Plastic bags are still being used in a majority of supermarkets all across the country. A lot of good food is being wasted in our nation's restaurants. The amount of garbage that our nation's restaurants throw away is really just beyond belief. Garbage men, all across the country, still continue to pick up trash on one day during the work week. Some apartment complexes do not have a recycling room. People still throw their cigarette butts on the ground like our world is one continuous landfill. The amount of litter on the ground is contributing to our poor health. People, who continue to smoke cigarettes, really poison the clean air. Many scientists are worried about the long term effects of air pollutants. What is happening to our world is clearly right under our noses. Let's face it. Clean air, nowadays, is a very precious commodity. We all, truthfully, cannot exist without the world's clean air. Both animals and plants (all living creatures and all living vegetation) just cannot live without taking breaths (breathing in and breathing out). All animals breathe in oxygen and all animals breathe out carbon dioxide. All plants breathe in carbon dioxide and all plants breathe out oxygen. All animals cannot live without plants and all plants cannot live without animals.

The Nature Conservancy is an organization which is doing so much to save the world's last great places. We all must continue to be aware of what is clearly happening to our planet. There is so much we can do to help protect the wonderful world we all both live on and call our home. It would be nice if we could all get rid of our automobiles. It would be nice if we could all just either use public transportation or walk to wherever life takes us. Wasn't it a wonderful world when people in big towns rode on horse-drawn carriages? Every product we use must either be reused or be recycled. People always ask themselves how they, as individuals, can make a huge difference. Every single one of us can make a difference each day. It doesn't take a lot of energy to really make a difference. It is all something that we really need to do. Our wonderful world is at stake. There is so much to love about our world. We really need to think about all the many places in our world that make this particular planet a truly wondrous marvel (From Niagara Falls To The Grand Canyon) (From The Florida Everglades To The Baja Peninsula) (From The Great Wall of China To The Eiffel Tower In Paris, France) (From Big Ben In London, England To The Parthenon In Greece). There are many people who continue to take what they see in everyday life for granted. They take waking up in the mornings for granted. They take going to bed at night for granted. They take speaking for granted. There is just so much beauty in the world today. The beauty can also start with every single one of us. We, as human beings (and as travelers on our spaceship planet), can really affect change where it is needed. It only takes a second to make a difference. It never hurts to pause for one single moment. Both pausing for a moment and thinking for a moment can not only make a big difference in our own lives, but the latter can make a big difference in other people's lives as well. Scientists suggest that consumers discontinue their use of Styrofoam. Consumers should not even buy Styrofoam when the latter is shopping in stores. Vegetable gardens are great. A flower bed looks so nice in front of a residential home. More trees that are on this planet mean more shade. More shade means that the planet will be cooler than if there wasn't any shade at all.

We can all either be the planet's best allies or be the planet's worst enemies. It would not be the same world without trees. It would not be the same world without plants. Animals could not even exist on this planet without plants. The planet is a truly wonderful world. This particular world is indeed made up of all different kinds of people (Both Good People & Bad People). Not all people fortunately are bad and not all people unfortunately are good. Not everyone will like the same flavor of ice cream. Not everyone will speak the same language. Human beings, alas, are also not perfect. We make mistakes. It is important for all mortal individuals, who make mistakes, to not ever make the same error again (once a mistake has been made the first time). There is a real problem if the individual makes the mistake he/she made the first time again and again and so on and so forth. We all have the power to learn from each other. We all have the power to both pause and make our own decisions. It is important, for all of us, as mortal humans, to think of not only ourselves, but also our fellow individuals. People, who take the environment into consideration, succinctly stated, not only take their selves' sake into consideration, but they also take other people's sake into consideration.
