We Die by the Pen Welcomes Tony Payne
Rush to April 2010 Page View Race Crew: "We're Not Last! We're Not Last!"
Welcome Tony! Tony joined AC on January 12th, and has 50 published pieces and over 3,000 views. He lives on the South Coast of England with his fiancee, Debbie, and works in the IT Industry. He is a world traveler, having spent the last 20 years roaming the globe. He is now back in the motherland, after living in the US for 15 years. He writes on whatever varied topic happens to grab his interest. His thumbnail attests to the fact that he is a pleasant bloke with a good sense of humor. He wants to write a book someday (don't we all), but has not been hit with that lightening bolt of inspiration yet. He is hoping that 2010 is the year his supplemental writing income takes off. I found this article by him worthy of a look. "What does the future hold for us." He also has a short slideshow of his recent ill-fated visit to New York City, and a tour in the rain.
In the past month, Shelly Barclay has posted several animal stories covering different dog breeds (there ya go, Abby) and one on the terror of domestic cats on songbirds, and a few of her profiles of interesting people. Lindy Lou Johnson posted a piece on how to keep squirrels out of your plants (hey, how about how to keep them from eating your picnic table?), one on what gorillas know about bananas that we don't, and an extremely amusing story about her Valentine's Day at White Castle.
John Myers posted several articles on his recent trip to Quebec, and I highly recommend checking them out. He has some awesome pictures with the stories and a couple of slideshows. Dan Reveal told us how to make your phone ring to get rid of pesky salesmen, how to apply for a loan based on your body type and whether good neighbors are a myth. He also published some very deep poetry.
Check out Khalia Bentson's beauty tips on how to handle dry hair and skin in the winter, and a review on a face moisturizer. Finally, bleary-eyed Patricia Sicilia has been banging out Olympic stories faster than Bode Miller can make it down a mountain. Just click on the Source Page links below if yo'd like to check out any of these writers.

Welcome, Tony!!!
good luck all!
So we've got the Olympics and Die by the Pen racing for a win!
Die By the Pen, I think not. You're doing anything but dying by the pen. Doing a great job. I think Writer's Block may have fired me.
I am already a fan of Tony's, and I am sure he will be a great addition to your team!
I read several of Tony's article, enjoyed them, and subscribed. Thank you for the connection!
