We the People Foundation Again Demands President Elect Obama Answer Their Questions

Today December 1, 2008 and again on December 3, 2008 you will be able to read a full page add in the Chicago Tribune from the group calling themselves "We the People Foundation".

This organization states in their letter to President Elect Obama that he is in fact not eligible to be a President in the United States. The organization lists many reasons that Senator Obama is not eligible such as, "The unsigned, forged and discredited birth certificate that was provided as proof of his birth, legal affidavits that state Senator Obama was born in Kenya, and that Senator Obama's grandmother herself is recorded on tape as giving a narrative of her visit to the Kenya hospital nursery when Barack was born" this statement was supposedly made two weeks before her death, just to name a few of their reasons. Remember during the actual Presidential Campaign when Sarah Palin and John McCann were required to sign releases for their medical records to become public knowledge. This done all because some wished proof that Sarah Palin gave birth to her 5-month-old son. Recall now that Barack Obama did not sign a release of information for his records to be public knowledge. Now ask yourself why he did not sign these releases? Ask yourself also why does the Judge in Hawaii state that, "Releasing President Elect Obama's birth certificate would be an invasion of his privacy".

It is now being said that President Elect Obama was born in Kenya to his Kenyan father and American Mother. Although there is question on rather his mother was actually an American Citizen. The Organization claims to have proof that Barack's mother in fact signed away their citizenship from the United States and Kenya combined to become citizens of Indonesia in 1965 when she married Barack's stepfather.

Having been born to a Kenyan father and US mother Barack Obama would actually have had dual citizenship but he still does not under these claims fit the requirements of being a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States therefore making him ineligible for the seat as President.

I suppose one could say that it would behoove the Citizens of the United States to find out the true answers to these questions. However, he will enjoy his inauguration ceremony on the designated date even if he never answers these questions with or without true proof. The question is, are these allegations true and should President Elect Obama answers these questions and give the American people proof of the answers? Is it Senator Obama's responsibility to answer these questions? Why were these questions not brought forward when Barack Obama was running and voted into a seat on the Senate floor and if they were brought up why was he not required then to provided this proof especially in light of his announcement of his run for the Presidential election?

Also this afternoon, December 1, 2008 on a local radio station Lars Larsen gave a statement regarding Barack Obama's pick for the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. He commented that Hillary was actually part of the Congress that just approved a raise of income for the Secretary of State. This in fact makes her ineligible for this office and she is required to forgo the nomination per the Constitution of the United States. Is it another action that the people will allow to be pushed through without proper regard to our countries Constitution?

Let me clarify to my readers, these are not my questions. They are the questions of "We the People Foundation" and Lars Larsen of the Portland radio station. I am sharing them with all of you.
