Services.
ADDR does many things. Web hosting is this company's main strength, though. ADDR offers three different types of accounts for your website. Each account is designed for certain types of websites. The names of the accounts are basic, silver, and gold.
If you expect your website to generate a large amount of traffic then you should pick the gold account, and if you expect only a small amount of traffic then select the basic account. If you believe that your website falls in between these two packages then pick the silver account. Other services that this company does are web site creation, shopping carts, banner ads, video editing, and more.
Payment.
As for the cost of these services, they vary depending on the type of account you select. The basic account costs $7.95, the silver is $9.95, and the gold account is $14.95. As for when you pay, you can select a monthly or a yearly payment plan. If you select to pay on an annual basis, you will save ten percent on your web host package fees.
Support.
The support at ADDR is good. Every time I have sent an email to support, they have responded within one or two business days. Besides email, you can contact ADDR by phone or by snail mail. And support is alway clear and concise with the information that they provide you with.
I once emailed ADDR about a site outage, and they explained to me that it wasn't really a site outage. Apparently, there was some type of server issue that had nothing to do with ADDR. The staff sent me an email explaining this, and provided me with a link to a website that explained the problem albeit better.
The problem I had was that I couldn't view my website from where I was in Texas. However, if you lived about a thousand miles away in Colorado then you could see my website just fine. And the problem didn't last that long, so it wasn't too bad.
ADDR is a company that will not let you down, and they will help you as much as they can. So the next time you are looking for a new web host, take a look at ADDR. I'm sure you will not regret it.
