Google Groups Discussions at Google Groups are ever changing and constantly ongoing. Google Groups enable you to take a look at a variety of different viewpoints in a broad range of topics. They allow you to see an "at a glance" view of everything being discussed by just about any segment of the population giving you an edge up on what is most popular on the internet at any given time.
Technorati Technorati is a blog search engine that indexes more than 55 million different blogs. It is a great source to see what others are writing about and for various thoughts on different topics. With Technorati you can either search by keywords or look through what topic are most popular. This enables you to find just the information you are looking for no matter how broad or specific.
Del.icio.us Del.icio.us is very similar to Technorati and can be used in much the same way. It features many of the same features as Technorati including a popular page and the a tag search. Leverage Technorati against Del.icio.us as some of the entries will be the same while others may be exclusive to one index or the other.
StumbleUpon Stumble Upon is a tool that randomly loads a webpage each and every time you click the stuble button on your StumbleUpon toolbar. Although many of the websites will be nothing of use StumbleUpon is a great tool for "stumbling" onto fresh web content other sites haven't yet picked up on or that have been simply overlooked.
Google News Google News is a constantly updating news site that is updated with thousands of stories every day. Spending just a few minutes on Google News can help you discovering multiple topics to write about.
Digg Last but not least, Digg is a great site for seeing what's hot on the net by the numbers. Digg's front page is controlled by the number of votes, or Diggs, an article receives. Digg's power goes beyond the front page enabling you to search for articles on any topic of your choosing.
These are some great web tools that allow you to overcome writers block and enable you to write fresh web content without running out of ideas.
