It's amazing how the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill can feed a small crowd of people right from a small balcony. With one round of meat everyone can eat the first time and then your second round of meat can be optional for your guests. It's better to feed everyone at the same time and while everything is hot. If you are a good cook, you can have everything ready at the same time to take off the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill to load onto plates.
Switching from open-flame to the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill will be a process you will have to get used to. You will have to come up with a new, creative cooking style to work with the difference in the heat settings. The big difference is that all your meat should cook evenly with the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill, compared to you constantly moving your meat to the hot spots on older grills.
Everything in life gets upgraded and that's what I consider the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill did for my barbecue. Some of it would be a little burned, but I would always come up with excuses like it's supposed to be like that because of the flames. Now, I have started to cook all of my meat perfectly with an even color thanks to the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill. This was a forced alternative that ended up being positive.
Filling up with propane is also an issue I don't have to put on my to-do-list or try to remember since using the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill. Propane has gotten expensive lately and I hated to have an empty propane tank sitting on my apartment's balcony for days at a time. If you decide to purchase the Weber Q-140 Electric Grill, your life will be safer in at least three new ways. Not only that, but your barbecue and grilling get better too!
