If you are looking for inspiration for your wedding menu then look no further. Whatever size wedding party you are catering for here are a few ideas and suggestions that just might tickle your fancy.

TOP TIP FOR PICKING AND SELECTING YOUR WEDDING MENU: Always try before you buy. You don't want to spend a lot of your wedding budget on fancy meals if they will only go to waste and get left by guest. Get input from friends and family if you are unsure to make it a feast everyone can enjoy.
For your wedding you could go all out and have a 8 course menu, 5 course menu, or you could opt for a normal 3 course menu. Below are a few suggestions and ideas for 8 course, 5 course and 3 course menus:

Eight course menu Ideas:

Idea 1: Smoked salmon, melon and other fruit, Smoked chicken with salad and a dressing, coupe jaques, Cheese board/selection, followed by coffee, then some mints then a fruit basket.

Five course menu Ideas:

Idea 2: Savouries, cheese board selection, Traditional English Roast, followed by coffee and a dessert such as Strawberries and Cream

Three course menu Ideas:

Idea 1: Soup, Poached salmon, then followed by Éclairs with cream and chocolate

Idea 2: Prawn starter, Roast spring chicken, followed by coffee with accompanying mints.
Remember that no menu is set and it is always best to put together menus of what you and your guests will like, east and enjoy - as it is your day to enjoy after all!
