It truly is an autumn paradise, located right on the gorgeous and very private lake, and there's even a romantic arched bridge that leads to the perfect place to hold the ceremony - a little island with a large gazebo. Indeed, what a perfect spot to say your vows to one another - the lake behind you, the colorful autumn trees around you, the mountains in the distance... what could be better?
What's more, if you want to make it even more romantic, opt to use the resort's solar wedding swan boat. It's totally stable, and it's perfect for something like this: you, the bride, and your bridesmaids, approach the ceremony island in the boat.
Then there's the reception to think about. The resort's reception pavillion is the absolute perfect set-up, where you can have up to 200 guests, enjoy the stage that can be moved anywhere you want it, and even optional video and PA system, as well as nice lighting throughout.
Want your guests to be comfortable? Perhaps you want the bridal party to be safe and sound right on site - in that case, they've got you covered! They offer beautiful accomodations for up to 30 overnight guests, and there is even a cute cottage perfect for honeymooning right in the lake, perfect for you and yours!
Definitely check out their website, listed above, to see all the beautiful pictures to get an idea of what it's really like! It's located on 25 beautiful acres, with beautiful scenic features like a waterfall and lots of pretty forest trails for your guests to enjoy anytime. Plus, Asheville is less than an hour away... so your out-of-town guests can feel free to check it out before they return home (perhaps the renowned Biltmore House).
The prices are rather reasonable, so be sure to check out all the information on the website including up-to-date prices and, as mentioned, lots of pictures to get a real idea of what your special day can be like!
