The game of the week takes place on Monday Night Football and features the Jets in a game against the New England Patriots. The Jets will take the road and land at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro for a Monday Night Football Showdown. The Patriots lost in their first meeting with the Jets. Since that loss the Patriots have started to dominate the competition and lead the league in touchdowns, and team performance in terms of quarterback rating, and have shown an improved defense. These numbers are enough to keep the Patriots in first place in the Week 13 edition of the NFL Power Rankings.
The Eagle's rankings did not suffer too badly, despite their loss to the Bears. The Eagles were able to cling onto the number 3 position. Despite a 6-5 records, the Chargers managed to hold the number two slot. The Chargers have had a couple of lopsided victories that helped their Week 13 NFL Power Rankings.
The Winners for Each NFL Game in Bold
Thu, Dec 02 Stadium Time (ET)
Houston Texans (5-6) 60.82 @ Philadelphia Eagles (7-4) 86.78
Lincoln Financial Field 8:20 PM
The Eagles look to rebound at home. The Eagles had a real shot at taking over as the best team in the NFL in the week 13 edition of the NFL Power Rankings, but they faltered against the Chicago Bears. The Eagles should be able to dominate at home.
Sun, Dec 05 Stadium Time (ET)
Jacksonville Jaguars (6-5) 58.66 at Tennessee Titans (5-6) 64.77
LP Field 1:00 PM
In an evenly matched game, the Jaguars travel north to Tennessee to take on the Titans. The Titans had a lackluster performance without the services of Vince Young. This game may be won by the Jaguars if the Titans offense sputters again.
Chicago Bears (8-3) 66.36 at Detroit Lions (2-9) 53.97
Ford Field 1:00 PM
The rivals Bears and Lions meet up at Ford Field. The Bears should continue to roll after their surprise victory over Michael Vick and the Eagles.
Denver Broncos (3-8) 57.95 at Kansas City Chiefs (7-4) 84.61
Arrowhead Stadium 1:00 PM
The Denver Broncos have sunk in the NFL Power Rankings after several losses. Meanwhile the Chiefs have shown sputtering signs of life. There should be a victory for the home crowd.
Cleveland Browns (4-7) 48.04 at Miami Dolphins (6-5) 60.42
Sun Life Stadium 1:00 PM
The Dolphins are slightly better than .500 and dominated Oakland. The Dolphins NFL Power Ranking has been helped considerably with the victory last Sunday.
Washington Redskins (5-6) 55.5 at New York Giants (7-4) 86.07
New Meadowlands Stadium 1:00 PM
The Giants have another NFC East showdown. Overall the Giants have played better than the Redskins. However, they always seem to take every other game off, with poor tackling on defense and bad passes by Eli Manning. The Giants should be able to dominate at home as long as the right team show up to play.
San Francisco 49ers (4-7) 51.38 at Green Bay Packers (7-4) 84.86
Lambeau Field 1:00 PM
Packers should roll at home. Nuff said.
New Orleans Saints (8-3) 83.88 at Cincinnati Bengals (2-9) 54.1
Paul Brown Stadium 1:00 PM
The Bengals just keep sinking in the NFL Power Rankings. However, a lot of other teams down at the bottom are sinking as well. The Saints should have an easy win for week 13 of their NFL schedule.
Buffalo Bills (2-9) 47.91 at Minnesota Vikings (4-7) 65.46
Mall of America Field 1:00 PM
The Buffalo Bills lost some close games this year, and face a rejuvenated Vikings.
Oakland Raiders (5-6) 53.95 at San Diego Chargers (6-5) 92.02
Qualcomm Stadium 4:05 PM
There is no doubt that the 6-5 Chargers are surging. Despite the 6-5 record, the San Diego Chargers have strong enough statistics in other categories to keep them near the top of the Week 13 NFL Power Rankings.
Carolina Panthers (1-10) 30.21at Seattle Seahawks (5-6) 50.77
Qwest Field 4:15 PM
Perhaps the team with the worst record in the NFL can come away with a victory against the Seahawks. It is possible, but not likely.
St Louis Rams (5-6) 48.16 at Arizona Cardinals (3-8) 43.54
University of Phoenix Stadium 4:15 PM
The Cardinals are coming off a spanking on Monday Night Football, and their offense is in disarray. The St. Louis Rams are not much better, but the Rams' defense should be able to handle the Cardinal offense.
Atlanta Falcons (9-2) 76.5 at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-4) 64.69
Raymond James Stadium 4:15 PM
Atlanta is a team on fire, and despite their record, they have not been able to get ranked as won of the higher level teams in the NFL Power Rankings. It really does not matter, as long as they keep winning. This week they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and it will be a good test for the Falcons.
Dallas Cowboys (3-8) 65.08 at Indianapolis Colts (6-5) 84.05
Lucas Oil Stadium 4:15 PM
The Colts have been faltering of late, and Manning has been tossing quite a few interceptions that are costing games. The Dallas Cowboys started the season poorly, but are playing a little better football despite the loss of Tony Romo. The Cowboys have a real chance at beating the numbers in this game against the Colts.
Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3) 78.76 at Baltimore Ravens (8-3) 83.95
M&T Bank Stadium 8:20 PM
One of the closely matched games this week pits the Ravens against the Ravens, two east coast rivalries. Home field advantage, plus a couple of points should give the nod to the Ravens, but this is game where anything can and will happen, especially if defense starts to dominate play.
Mon, Dec 06 Time (ET)
New York Jets (9-2) 83.21 at New England Patriots (9-2) 96.86
Gillette Stadium 8:30 PM
The Patriots and Jets Game on Monday Night Football features a classic AFC East showdown with Mark Sanchez facing off against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The Patriots have been able to put up a lot of points on the scoreboard this year, and should continue to roll on their home turf. The Patriots will be looking to avenge an early season loss to the Jets.

Post a CommentNo. 12 have a weak schedule. They get tossed out of the playoffs round 1, as soon as they play a real team.
