Week One with My Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga Journey

Jenny Heart
Denise Austin is a well known fitness expert. She has been doing this for 25 yrs. She has many exercise tapes, and DVD for sale on a regular basis. I've found her kickboxing one to be amongst one my favorites. Another one of my favorites is her Hot Body Yoga one. This great DVD has 2 yoga level workouts. The first one is yoga fit. It teaches all about melting away fat, yoga moves, and balances poses.

The second level is yoga sculpt. This one is the one I'm doing now. I've done yoga before, and wanted to start with the yoga sculpt level. I have to say this level is great for keeping a healthy mind and body. It is recommended that you use weights on the sculpting level. I'm using the 4 lb weight. My daughter Stacy is using the 2 lb weight. We both try to do it at different times. We both want the full benefit of this great sculpting workout.

The second level which I've mentioned is about sculpting. It is all about toning your abs, arms, and buns fast. I like this particular DVD for several reasons. Here are a few:

The workout is easy, yet challenging enough to keep you coming back time and time again.

Makes you feel a sense of well being.

I've started this workout a week ago, and I can honestly tell you that my back feels stronger, than it did before I stared this type of exercise. I have Fibromyalgia, and yoga exercises do help a great deal. I own several of Denise Austin's tapes, and DVDs, The Hot Body Yoga is my favorite so far.

These 2 workouts are a half hour long. She's a fitness expert I've trusted, and admired for many years. Every time I find myself trying other fitness expert's tapes or DVDs', I've found myself coming back to Denise Austin's type of exercise options.

The first link you can even sign up for her to assist you in reaching your weigh goals. It has a section that tells all about how she has been helping people for 25 years understand more about the right types of exercise for their bodies.

Denise Austin has many fans, and I'm one of them. If you want to learn more about this great fitness trainer, click on the link below, and stay with me on my journey of shaping up, and getting my life back the way it use to be.

Many of my reader know that hardships have been a big part of my life. Exercise raises endorphins which help eliminate stress. I have like everyone else, started, and stopped many different diets, and exercises programs, only to wish I hadn't stop them. I want to make a commitment to myself to stay with this way of healthy living this time, now, and far as long as I live.

I'm tired of being sick all the time, as I have been this winter season. I know if I exercise regularly my immune system will be strong. Next year I'll hopefully not be singing those wintery flu blue songs.

Next Saturday I'll update all of you about how much I've lost, and how much stronger I'm feeling. Always check with your doctor first. There are health conditions that may cause someone not to be able to do this type of exercise. I checked with my doctor, and Chiropractor about this type of exercise, and was told it would be good for me.

Start out slow; don't think you have to be perfect at this type of exercise, right from the beginning. I can do most of it fairly well; however I know in time I'll be surprising myself.

Good luck to all facing their diet challenges, but remember one thing. Diets should be thought of as a way of healthy living not so much thought of as what the word diet stands for.
