Week Seven NFL Predictions

Office Football Picks for Week Seven of the 2010 NFL Season

Randy Inman
Thanks for checking out my week seven NFL game predictions for the 2010 season. My week seven NFL picks are suitable for your office football pool as I don't do point spread predictions usually. These week seven NFL game predictions are for straight winners but if you want to see more picks and the AC contest, click this link.

With a less than stellar 7 and 6 performance in my week six picks (not counting Monday Game) my overall record is now 51 and 36. I usually have close to a 60 percent success rate for my NFL game predictions so I hope to rebound soon. Thanks for checking my week seven office football predictions and feel free to heap praise or insults on me in the comments below.

Prediction for Cleveland at New Orleans

The Browns really need a good quarterback as they have some of the pieces. The trouble is they don't have one. The Saints are banged up but blew out a decent Tampa Bay team last week. My week seven NFL game pick is the Saints win 27 to 14.

Prediction for Jacksonville at Kansas City

The Jaguars are hot and cold but can beat anyone or lose to anyone. Kansas City started 3-0 then dropped two to good teams. The Chiefs run the ball and play special teams well but their passing game is usually limited. I do like the home team in this game as Kansas City beats Jacksonville 21 to 17.

Prediction for Philadelphia at Tennessee

The Eagles have found two good quarterbacks in Michael Vick and Kevin Kolb and a decent running game for a change. The Eagles problem is stopping the run and that can be bad against the Titans and Chris Johnson. The Titans however can't stop the pass but do well against the run. Philadelphia is on a roll and I think they take this one 24 to 21.

Prediction for Cincinnati at Atlanta

Two good teams or two pretenders? Atlanta plays well except against Pennsylvania teams and the Bengals go as Carson Palmer goes, good or bad. Look for Atlanta to rebound at home 17 to 14.

Prediction for Washington at Chicago

The Redskins are a couple of players away from being a very good team. I can't stand McNabb but I think he is having his best season considering what he has to work with. The Bears can stop the run but are average or below against the pass. Chicago has yet to get Mike Martz's offense truly untracked. My week seven football office pool prediction is Bears 17, Redskins 14.

Prediction for Pittsburgh at Miami

Big Ben has another week to get settled in after his suspension and the Steelers are now very formable. Miami took advantage of a banged up and overrated Packers team in week six. The Dolphins are solid but not in Pittsburgh's league and the Steelers in 24 to 14.

Prediction for St. Louis at Tampa Bay

The Rams are clearly on the rise and I thought the Bucs were too until they got hold of a Saints team trying to prove something. Two of the best young quarterbacks in the league battle it out. Tampa can't stop the run and I think the Rams squeak one out 14 to 10.

Prediction for Buffalo at Baltimore

The Bills have to win sometime don't they? The Ravens tend to let down once or twice a year and lose to a bad opponent. But not this time, my week seven NFL game pick is the Ravens win 27 to 10.

Prediction for San Francisco at Carolina

The 49ers have finally won a game and come to play the winless Carolina Panthers. Carolina has one of the worst offenses in NFL history and a lame duck coach in John Fox. The Panthers do have an opportunistic defense that can cause turnovers and they have not given up the season yet. The 49ers get jet lag and Carolina gets their first win of the 2010 NFL season, 14 to 10.

Prediction for Arizona at Seattle

The Cardinals play hot and cold, mostly cold. I have been down on Seattle all year but they are improving. Seattle wins at home 24 to 17,

Prediction for Oakland at Denver

Same ole Raiders, bad most of the time and squeak out the occasional win. Denver has an awesome passing attack but lack a running game and good defense. Still my week seven NFL prediction is Denver 27 Oakland 17.

Prediction for New England at San Diego

The Patriots offense is ranked first in the NFL for points scored, but the defense ranks 25th in the same category. San Diego's defense looks good except for points scored against. The Chargers are just flat and I think the Patriots knock them off 27 to 24.

Prediction for Minnesota at Green Bay

Brett Favre returns to the not yet frozen tundra in Green Bay. The Packers are overrated and also banged up. The Vikings are desperate to win a Super Bowl and get a new stadium before breaking up this team. The Vikings win 31 to 24.

Prediction for New York Giants at the Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have talent but are stupid and make dumb mistakes. Add to this that Romo is hurt and a solid Giants team is coming to town. The Giants put a another nail in Wade Phillip's coffin with a 27 to 24 win.

For all you football gamblers out there I hope you pick the opposite of me and maybe you will win! Thanks for reading my free week seven NFL game predictions and good luck with your football pool picks.

Perfect pick of score of Bears-Redskins game, almost. I'm so mad at the Bears I can "barely" write about them myself.

Well at least ya didn't pick the Skin's to win, so now we have a chance! LOL

Solid use of the crystal ball here, Randy. Can't argue with any of these.
