Week Two with My Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga DVD

Jenny Heart
I was sick this week, from another health condition, and had to think about health precautions. Listen to my advice carefully. Never exercise if you are in pain. Rest, and then, you'll be able to get back into exercising much quicker. Keep your mind, body, and spirit healthy.

This week I haven't been able to exercise much, due to the fact I've been suffering from an attack of Diverticulitis. This condition can be serious, and anyone who has this condition should be careful not to strain while exercising.

I decided since I'm not feeling well to stop this type of exercise for a few more days. I try to do a few of her light yoga poses daily, that will not make my stomach muscles feel strained in any way. I leave the abs sculpting yoga poses for another day. Hopeful I'll be doing more in a day or two.

Never exercise while feeling poorly, except maybe take a short walk, or do some light stretches. Sometimes if you just have a cold, you maybe able to feel strong enough to exercise Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga DVD without any complications. Ask your doctor if you aren't sure about what type of exercise your body can handle.

The body is made to handle more than we think it can. There are times when our bodies

need more rest than other times. Be good to your body, and then watch your inner strength build your mind, body, and spirit right up. Then, all your muscles will be super strong, and well defined.

I have lost about 5 lbs since I started doing exercising using Denise Austin's,' Hot Body Yoga,' DVD. I've been trying to remember to keep track of how much I eat by using my Weight Watcher Planner.

The right type of exercise can make a lot of difference, along with finding the right diet plan for eating. I don't like to use the word diet. I'd rather use the words,' Healthy lifestyle of eating.'

This is my progress for the week. Next week I'm plan on exercising at least 3-5 days a week. I'll be eating healthy foods that I'm allowed on the Weight Watcher Diet. I'll be purchasing lots of fruits, and vegetables that have little point value, Then, I can fill up on them, and feel full, satisfied, and beautiful.

You have also inspired me to give yoga a try. I already walk 5 miles several times per week, but I want to firm up my abdomen.
