On last week's show, Claire's homecoming turned out to be much more than the normal high school homecoming as the "Heroes" unknown antagonist was nearly successful in killing Claire, but was stopped by Peter's intervention, who would have been killed himself had he not been able to absorb Claire's powers of self regeneration.
Simone and Nathan teamed up to find one of Isaac's sold paintings, right before Nathan trashed it by pouring paint all over it in an attempt to "save" his brother.
Niki's alternate personality took over and is hunting for Micah's dad, D.L. before the show closed with D.L. literally in Niki's sights - of a high-powered rifle that is. Shuresh also found his father's list of all the Heroes and is finally beginning to piece together his father's work and the dreams he has been recently having.
On the upcoming episode, aptly titled "Six Months Ago" Hiro's back-in-time quest will begin to unfold. As the clock turns back six months for all of the "Heroes," Mohinder's father, Chandra Suresh arrives in New York to begin his quest to find individuals with extraordinary abilities, and meets someone all too eager to be special. Peter celebrates his graduation from nursing school and learns that Nathan plans to prosecute a case that could mean trouble for the entire Petrelli family.
Also, a surprise visit from her father brings out the worst in Niki and Hiro attempts to be a hero and change the future for the waitress he met at the diner. Claire also makes a curious discovery and Mr. Bennet and the Haitian meet someone special.
Like millions of other viewers across the country, I know where I'll be this week "Heroes" airs - glued to the television - watching the hottest show on television.
