Tears from a place just short of Heaven
Hear her cry tonight
Forsaken allowance to live
Taking all She has to give
And, every time, taking more
Do not let Her weep tonight
Enjoy the bountiful wonders She has made
We have all there is to be found
Blue sky above and fertile ground
Perhaps we should ask before we take

Post a CommentSo very true. I think we take advantage of too much. Keep up the good work!
"We have all there is to be found Blue sky above and fertile ground Perhaps we should ask before we take"...great lines...I enjoyed reading them. If we don't learn to ask, she will hopefully retain the strength to tell.
