They state that they receive this information from the FBI and Social Security Administration, but think about it. These are just regular United States citizens that created this web site. They have no ties whatsoever to the government and yet they say that's where they obtained their information from. If so, how did they receive "confidential" information and why aren't the companies in question and the people who submitted the claims in question not notified that this information will be posted on the internet for all to see? The reason is because WeHireAliens.com is obtaining this information in an illegal way. How can you point the finger at a company and say "you're doing something illegal," when you in turn are doing the same?
I know for a fact that WeHireAliens.com have posted SLANDER on their web site. A certain restaurant (Shumardii's Steakhouse in Bonham, TX) was posted on this site. They have no illegal aliens working for them. Everyone there is legal. I am the one who submitted the information to the government in the beginning because for one thing we were in the middle of a family fight and I was told incorrect information. Yet WeHireAliens.com posted this information on their web site and didn't notify me before they had done so. I didn't submit this information to WeHireAliens.com. I had submitted it to the government. So I ask you, how did WeHireAliens.com get this information? And why wasn't I notified or the owners of the restaurant notified before this was posted publicly on the web site. This is nothing more than slanderous lies that they post on their web site. They don't validate anything before posting on their web site, so how can you believe that companies posted on their web site are really hiring illegals? What if an ex employee of a company got mad at their ex employer and decided to tell everyone that they hire illegals just to make their company look bad? You can bet that WeHireAliens.com will post it on their web site without any validation whatsoever.
I have tried contacting WeHireAliens.com to have Shumardii's Steakhouse removed from their web site, but of course they are not answering back. Scared of lawsuits possibly? Well, considering they are slandering a company and stealing information, I believe that in itself is grounds for a lawsuit. If the company (Shumardii's Steakhouse) is not removed from their web site soon, they will be contacted by my lawyer.
Just be aware innocent, US citizens that there are people out there like WeHireAliens.com that try to appear like they're assisting other US citizens but in reality they're hurting companies that are privately owned (like Shumardii's) by US citizens that have absolutely NO illegal activity going on. Please watch out for sites like this that slander companies with absolutely nothing to validate them.
