Many weight loss diets tell you all good things it will do to help you lose the extra weight we want to these days. With so many diet programs out there, it can make one person go crazy to know where to begin to find the right diet plan. Television advertises too many weight loss programs, next to the internet, and as well magazines to newspapers. Millions of us tend to want to lose weight, or for health reasons.

Whatever the reason we might choose to loose the weight and better ourselves these days, finding the right diet for us can be just down right confusing. Too many diet programs tell us that they are better than the next, and will help or guarantee to help you lose that extra weight. As one who's experienced herself the variety of fad of diets in my past, not every diet will work the same as the next person. After my daughter was born eight years ago, I had tried Slimfast back then.

It worked great to help me lose the extra weight. Through the exercise and all, the shakes actually helped me. Years later, however, after my son was born, Slimfast didn't work again for me. I had tried exercising to watching what I had eaten and failed. I even tried Trimspa, a weight loss diet pill, which was advertised to help you lose weight fast. Instead, I found myself so deathly sick for days, to vomitting , and not eating for a whole week. I became dehydrated instead of losing the weight the right way. My doctor advised me to stop taking the pills instantly, which I did. It took me two weeks after to get back to my old self again. Other diets I tried was Weight Watchers, to which it failed for me.

Though exercising was working, Weight Watchers didn't help me lose the weight. I tried Hydroxycut , another weight loss diet pill, and after a month of being on it, I didn't see results. Instead, I saw me breaking out in hives all over my body, a reaction I had from taking them. Once I stopped, so did the itching and the hives. I've tried other diet pills such as Metabolic and Green Tea, in which both failed me. Though exercising was helping me, I wasn't losing the weight I wanted to after having my son. I didn't gain weight, but nothing was happening and I thought I was at a loss for everything. I had finally thought asking my family doctor for help. I had gained a lot of weight after having my son, and trying to lose it on my own, wasn't as easy as it was when I had my daughter.

My doctor offered to let me try back then Lipozene, which was a few years ago, you could only get through a prescription. She thought this would help me, but with the right dosage and cautions. After trying it for a few months, Lipozene became a non prescription and I had started purchasing it. I didn't see results for six months at least, so I thought. I was exercising a lot and eating really well. After a year on this, I had paid a visit to my regular doctor for my physical to discover that I had dropped over sixty pounds. Something I was totally overwhelmed next to my doctor too. As time went on, I had noticed the pills worked, but others didn't. For some other friends and family who wanted to lose weight, Lipozene worked for some, but not for all. It seems that a lot of the weight loss diets these days differ from another. It can definitely make one confused these days of what is right to choose for oneself. For myself, Lipozene was the best solution for me and it worked very well, though too well if you ask me. I ended up losing way too much weight in the end, over eighty pounds. Though I had followed my doctors advice and followed the label and even cut back on the pills, my body and metabolism a bit too much for the pills to handle. In the end, I always recommend that everyone seek the advice of their doctor before starting a diet. With so many out there, and so many dangers as well, one wants to make sure that what they are taking will be safe for them.

But are these diets that they advertise really safe for everyone? As one who has experienced herself in the past two years to find the right diet plan, I find that most diets don't always work. The media has advertised this is a proven fact to be true nowadays. I have seen alot of my family and friends encounter to try so many diet programs, to diet pills, shakes, to anything and tell me it failed them. Millions of us find that we just want to lose the extra weight to be healthier, and for medical reasons. For what ever reasons we may choose to lose the weight, or decide to go on a weight loss diet, there are a lot of decisions we must think before choosing the right diet for our selves. Most of us, should consult our family doctor before anything, which is the safest. With so many diet programs out there, it can only take a matter of minutes, to days before one can be sick or even have a reaction, as I did, to a diet pill or even the program itself. What ever we choose, most diets are just too much to handle these days.
