You are probably well aware that a person who is seriously overweight faces some serious health problem, and that is just the tip of the iceberg. You want to have a better life and enjoy good health and happiness, so what is stopping you?
Well, if you are ready to hear what is being said, then read on. If not, hit the back button and go look at something else. The one thing that keeps you from being fit, trim, healthy and happy is: YOU. That is right, you are what the problem is, you are responsible for what you do, and being overweight is what you have done.
Do not try to use any excuses, look at the facts. Did someone force you to overeat? Not likely, you agreed to over eat and not be active. You are the one who caused you to be overweight.
The solution
To gain control over your own life you need to lose the weight and get into shape. Obviously, you need to figure out a weight loss strategy, more importantly, you need to figure out a lifestyle strategy that will make the whole weight loss journey worth it.
What is it that you want to do with your life? Sit and watch TV until you die, or accomplish something so that people will remember you for something that for being that fat person who lived next door.
First figure out what you want to be, and then what you want to do with your life. If you want to climb Mount Everest, you have a long journey to go from couch potato to the top of the world. It can be done; it will just take a while.
There is nothing impossible, in the works of Napoleon Hill "If you can think it, you can achieve it". So you need to figure out what you want to do with your life, then write it down on paper, write it all no matter how silly or how impossible it may sound. Now you have the greatest weight loss tool ever.
Go after your dreams
Your weight loss adventure is now ready to succeed. You have a reason to want to lose weight and to become active. You now have a reason to eat responsibly and work out.
The reason many weight loss plans fail is there is no driving force, no real reason to lose weight. You are different, you have found the key to the successful weight loss program, you have a dream.
With this power, you can choose a weight loss program and stick with it, so that you can accomplish what you truly desire. You are not just concentrating on losing weight, which is only one-step in a journey to your fulfillment.
