Are you taking weight loss pills to lose weight fast ? Are they really helping you ? Does your weight loss medicine give you side effects ? If you haven't been thinking about the above mentioned questions, then its time you do that now. Learn whether you should take weight loss pills or not !

Believe it or not, but there are a few scam companies i have come across in the past. The company was a small timer who had their website on the internet for about a month or so. Since they were offering me a weight loss trial for a dollar, i thought i would give it a try. I tried it for about a month and found out that the pills weren't doing any good at all.

At this point i was frustrated and decided to do a good amount of research on the company that sold me the weight loss pills. I knew i wouldn't be surprised to see that the website is no more available, and that's exactly what happened. Their domain pointed to an empty page saying that their domain was parked. I didn't care too much since i had to hardly pay anything for it, but i was annoyed to know that the pills were stuffed with vegetable powder and some other chemicals that were harmful. I consulted a weight loss expert and he told me that the weight loss pills were fake.

Firstly, i don't advice anyone to take weight loss pills to reduce weight, since a lot of these pills have steroids in them. Secondly they may help you reduce weight just for the moment, but in the long run they might show their true colors in the form of side effects. Some of the most common side effects of these pills are extra weight gain, loss of sleep, loss of hair and distortion of the eyes. Thus before taking any weight loss pills, it will always be advisable to consult a doctor.

Besides weight loss pills and expensive weight loss drinks, there are other ways to reduce weight as well. I prefer taking the old proven methods rather than going the fast way and suffering the consequences. You can try things like green tea, or lemon tea made at home. Fruits like oranges, pineapples, grapes, strawberries are proven beneficial in terms of weight loss.

Make it a point to drink lots of water, eat healthy and non fatty food such as fruits and vegetables, and exercise regularly. Doing this wont make you lose weight in a day's time, but it will definitely help you in the long run. Just like they say, " slow and steady wins the race".
