when summer arrives. Well dears, it might be too late for this summer for you if your not in shape, but it is never too late to loose weight!
I will share some tips and advice that you might find all too easy to ignore and if you follow some of my tips then you might just be in for
a shock or surprise when the next season comes rolling in.
Remember to ask a doctor to make sure you are healthy before you start any health care weight loss or system.
And Also remember than you Must exercise and eat better to loose weight.
With that being said here are some awesome tips to follow:
- Make sure to eat breakfast! - Ah yes breakfast! Make sure you eat it. Always! And with in one hour of waking!!!
- Smaller meals, but more of them! - Yes make sure your meal portions are smaller. But that is OK, you'll be eating more of them so you won't be hungry anyways!
- Eat something every 3 hrs! - One of the best ways to feel better and loose weight is eat something every 3 hrs. This will help you feel better and you will be less hungry and you know what they say. If your less hungry then you won't cheat on your diet!
- Exercise! - This is really needed to loose weight and to stay healthy. Come on people! It doesn't have to be hard or time consuming. I'm sure you can find 30 minute each day. Even if you walk for 30 minutes. Just find something you like to do and do it at least 3 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes.
- Water! 8 to 10 glasses a day! - Some people over look this one and say they can't do it! Well that is crazy talk! This is easy and more you do it, the easier it gets. And in fact you'll just naturally grab water. And you're not looking at the big picture if you think it's just water. There is tea, green teas, flavored water, little packages to flavor your water. Whatever there are tons of choices to choose from. You gotta do it! Just make sure it doesn't have sugar. The last thing you need is more sugar!
