Each day I strive to make a Healthy Choice -

A Lean Cuisine to make my thighs rejoice

A cold Slim Shake when I am on the run

When I have time, I opt for Fiber One

Fresh leafy greens make lunch a real delight

And vinaigrette sets everything off right

But when I really feel like cutting loose,

I gobble down Yoplait for my sweet tooth!

For salt cravings, I love to eat Smart Pop

I Crunch 'n Munch and yet the pounds still drop!
