This recipe was given to me by a co-worker who belonged to Weight Watchers. It gets a five star rating in this household! Scrumptious and no guilt after eating it. Now we are talking.
Crunchy Baked Chicken
3 oz boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Dip in skim milk or butter (no calorie)
Then coat with:
Cornflake crumbs
sesame seeds
parmesan cheese
(You can measure amounts you like. (Lynn used a lot of seeds and 1 to 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.)
Dot with butter, then bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes or until done.
So simple. So good.
