Weight Watchers Smart Ones Frozen Dessert Options: A Very Minty Choice

Wow! This is One Powerful Mint-flavored Dessert

Aimee E
As someone who is actively in the process of trying to loose weight, I decided to purchase some Weight Watchers products and see if, while they were comparable in price; were also comparable in taste and quality. This review covers my experience with the Weight Watchers Mint Ice Cream Cookie Sundae; which comes two sundaes to a box and each has 150 calories.

After eating my Weight Watchers frozen meal (http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/587645/weight_watchers_smart_ones_frozen_meal.html) , it was time for dessert. I had purchased the Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen Mint Ice Cream Cookie Sundae, which came in a two pack. Each sundae consisted of a chocolate, cookie-crumble crust topped off with mint ice cream and a few mini chocolate chips. On first bite, the mint ice cream was very intense and the strong flavor took a bit of getting used to. Afterwards, I was able to focus on the other flavors, and was pleasantly pleased with its taste, considering it was only 150 calories for each sundae.

In the end, I would have to say that the Weight Watchers frozen products (both dinners and dessert) seem to be like most other products: the higher the caloric value the better they seem to taste. Fortunately, the highest one I consumed (dinner) only contained 350 calories, and even paired with a 150 calorie Mint Ice Cream Cookie Sundae as my dessert, that is only one-fourth of the recommended daily allowance of a 2,000 calorie diet for a woman. So, in that respect, having a Weight Watchers frozen entrée with dessert is a smart choice.
