A few years ago, I was watching the local news and I saw Ruthie's (one of the women on the video) niece being interviewed about her weight loss success. Then, they mentioned Ruthie's story. They both saw incredible results and because this was a news interview and not an infomercial, I saw it as real results, not just a gimmick. I went on-line and I purchased the video. It came in the mail along with a measuring tape and a paper telling me where to measure on my body and that I should measure my results every two weeks. I cannot even explain what happened next. I took my measurements and did the first fifty minute workout. At first laughing because I thought Dr. Chico Caldwell, the creator of Chicometrics, was funny, then went on to cussing at him to finish the thigh and arm reps because I couldn't wait for them to be over. I, being my very impatient self, immediately measured myself afterward and found that I had lost an inch in both of my thighs just with the first workout! I went on to lose 35 inches total in the first five weeks. You could chalk it up to the fact that I was so excited about the results I was seeing that I couldn't just leave it at twice a week, but even though I was doing it three to four times a week, you have to admit that 35 inches without diet and/or cardio means that this product works wonders.
After this success of losing so many inches so quickly I did come to realize that I did care about the number on the scale. Even though I was dropping pant sizes I still wanted that validation. And when someone told me I looked like I have lost weight, I wanted a number of pounds to tell them. I added a diet where I counted calories based on my weight, age, exercise level, and the fact that I was nursing, it came to be about 1800 a day. I also added a regular cardio program based on the fact that I was nursing, I chose a three times a week forty-five minute treadmill walk. I continued with the Chicometrics video about three times a week. I lost 36 pounds and 15 more inches in a matter of 13 weeks.
Chicometrics WILL give you results whether you do the modified versions they do in the corner of the screen or you try your hardest to keep up with Chico, you will see inches melt away. Most workout routines, especially going to the gym, make you have to pack up the babies, drop them off at daycare, and are run on schedules. With Chicometrics you can absolutely, easily fit this fifty minute, twice a week workout into your busy schedule. I was so happy to have found this product, but at the same time disappointed that this amazing discovery isn't more well known. One of the best things you can do for yourself if you are trying to lose those inches is to make it easy for yourself. No more weights, no more hassles, just pop in the video and grab a chair and you are ready to change your life.
